Lamborghini is an Italian car manufacturer which was first introduced into “Luxury Sports” car business in 1963 with the launch of Lamborghini 350 GT by the company founder Ferruccio Lamborghini.Lamborghini’s intentions were to rival with Ferrari in the luxury car segment.
The reason for rivaling with Ferrari because Ferruccio Lamborghini before starting Lamborghini was a tractor builder and was very successful and started buying some luxury cars of his era that included the Ferrari cars. One day Ferruccio Lamborghini’s 250 GT had a recurring clutch problem he went directly to Enzo Ferrari who was only 20 minute away from his home and Enzo Ferrari did not consider his problem seriously feeling that he was just a tractor builder. This made Ferruccio angry and eventually leading to the birth of Lamborghini brand.
