Lamborghini 400 GT Monza
The car was derived from Lamborghini 400 GT 2+2 seat sports car.The car was originally built for racing in GT series but was withdrawn after Homologation problems then Lamborghini sold the car to a Spaniyard.This car was auctioned in 2005 and was sold for 160,000 Euros to a UK collector.
This car was based upon Lamborghini Espada this car was also made as a single unit.The car has four doors and four seats in 2+2 configuration as seen on the Espada.The car resides with a Swiss car collector.
The car was in production between 1976 and 1979 only 54 units were made.The car was not made as a Limited edition.But the low volume sales made it a Limited Edition car.The car had a mid mounted engine with V8 configuration and 3 litre displacement produced 265 hp.The performance figures indicate the car can reach 0-100 km/h in 6.5 seconds and attain a top speed of 260 km/h.
