2012 British Super Bike Thruxton Warm Up Tommy Hill is in the lead

Tommy hill from Swan Yamaha Team the defending champion for 2012 seems to be back in form he is the fastest during the warm up session.He was also fastest during qualifying session at Thruxton and secured pole position for the race.In Brands Hatch Indy made his fans worried but his recent performance during qualifying and now in warm up shows that he is back in form.

Tommy Hill riding on Yamaha R1  completed his fastest lap in 1:16.237 and he was followed in second place by Alex Lowes from Team WFR on Honda CBR with fastest lap time of 1:16.434 falling behind Tommy by 0.197 seconds.

In third place was James Westmoreland team mate of Alex riding the CBR.His time difference was 0.317 seconds.

In Fourth place was Stuart Easton from Rapid Solicitors Kawasaki riding the Ninja ZX -10R had to settle for third place after he and James were at the same pace and lap time.

In fifith place was Easton’s team mate Shane Byrne  with a time difference of 0.323 seconds.

Ian Lowry from Padgetts racing on the CBR who finished qualifying in second place finished on 17 th position.

The difference between the top 20 riders was 0.957 seconds only.This shows that there is intense competition in the race.

Jon Kirkham from Samsung Honda riding the CBR who won in Brands Hatch Indy had settled for 7 th place during warm up and in 9 th place during Qualifying.

Alastair Seeley who finished second during Brands and was also the fastest during Brands Hatch Indy had settled for 17 th position during qualifying and in sixth position during warm up.
